There are plenty of hirings on the agenda tonight for the River Valley School Board meeting.
The board will look at approving people for 14 supplemental positions, with most of them being for athletic coaching positions. This includes the potential hiring of Brock Harsh as the girls softball coach for this school year, and Jared McCormick as the head jr. high basketball coach to take over for Rick Artley, whose resignation the board will also look to approve tonight.
Also on the draft agenda for tonight is a motion to approve the administration to advertise for proposals for banking services in the district. The district is also looking to buy advertising time from Effect, the advertising division from Comcast.
Tonight’s meeting starts at 7:00 at the River Valley High School Auditorium, while the meeting will also be broadcast on the district’s YouTube page.
