The Indiana Area School District is poised to join a massive lawsuit against the company that makes and markets Juul vaping products, and its investors. Thousands of school districts across the nation have joined the lawsuit by the Frantz Law Group of San Diego, California.
A motion to join the suit is on tomorrow night’s special Indiana Area school board agenda to claim monetary damages “related to school district costs related to the use of vaping products on District property.”
