After a thrilling 22-21 Coal Bowl win on Saturday over Cal U, the IUP football team finds themselves sitting on the front porch of the Division II Top 10, according to the latest poll.
IUP is listed in the “First five out” list along with the Colorado School of Mines, University of Indianapolis, University of Nebraska Kerney, and University of Sioux Falls. Ferris State headlines the Top 10, while PSAC’s Shepherd takes the No. 3 spot.
The Crimson Hawks return to action this Saturday in another road matchup against Edinboro.
On U92.5 FM and Renda Digital TV tonight, Hawk Talk returns to CH Fields Craft Kitchen at the Hilton Garden Inn. Jack Benedict and head coach Paul Tortorella will break down the team’s win over Cal U and this week’s matchup. Airtime on both platforms is six o’clock.
