State Representative Jim Struzzi has been named to the Legislative Task Force and Advisory Committee on the Delivery of State Services relating to Autism, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
The task force was established when House Bill 212 of 2022 was passed. The bill directs the Joint State Government Commission to study the delivery of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and Autism and to report on its findings and any recommendations to the state house.
Struzzi said he was honored to be named to the committee by State House Speaker Bryan Cutler, saying that helping address Pennsylvania’s mental health challenges has always been one of his legislative priorities. He said that making sure state funds reach those individuals, and making sure that the dollars are used efficiently are vitally important.
