PennDOT is asking the public to assist them by filling out a survey on construction and maintenance services.
According to a news release, the 24-question survey asks survey takers about how they receive PennDOT road information, and how often the organization meets or exceeds expectations in construction and maintenance activities. Other topics covered by the survey include how they use the 511PA service and experiences with reporting concerns to the department.
PennDOT secretary Yassmin Gramian said in a statement that the annual surveys “help us look for educational opportunities and gauge perception and performance across the state.”
The survey will remain available through October 14th. The survey is being offered online, and you can find it by clicking on the link below.
