At Indiana County Court today, two people will enter pleas to cases related to prison inmates.
One plea court hearing will be for 21-year-old Marvin Roberts of Marienville. He faces charges of inmate procuring a weapon and disorderly conduct for incidents on April 15th of this year. He is currently serving time at the state correctional facility in Forest County.
The other defendant due in court today is Joshua James Aukamp. He is charged with Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of contraband. The charge stems from an incident on July 13th of 2021. He also is serving time at SCI-Forest
