At Wednesday night’s meeting, the White Township Supervisors approved the Complete Streets Policy.
Township Manager Chris Anderson said that while the policy is new, it has been discussed by the township in one form or another for a long time.
In other business, Township Supervisor Eugene Gemmell gave his thanks to township motorists who had to deal with a recent sewer replacement project along Indian Springs Road, and he also thanked the citizens living in Timbersprings as many of them went without water for the day as the project went on.
