UPDATE: Brendan Hazlett was sentenced to up to a day less than two years in Indiana County Jail for each count he faced. Those sentences will run concurrently. Austin Nuccatelli will serve two years of probation. Anthony Hockensmith was ordered to serve up to a day less than two years in county jail, but was immediately paroled. He will also serve a year of probation.

DRUG DEALER SENTENCED IN INDIANA COUNTY COURT
WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED
Today is expected to be a busy day at Indiana County Court with ARD and Sentencing hearings on the schedule.
Among those to be sentenced today are:
- Brendan Richard Hazlett of Clune. The 23-year-old man pleaded “no contest” to charges of statutory sexual assault of someone between 4-8 years of age and corruption of minors of someone 18 years of age or older. The charges date back to December 31st of 2018.
- 24-year-old Austin Nuccetelli of Baden in Beaver County. He pleaded guilty in April of this year to a charge of simple assault for an incident in October of 2020. A charge of rape of an unconscious victim was not prosecuted in this case.
- 22-year-old Anthony Hockensmith of Johnstown. He was charged on January 3rd of this year in connection with an incident at the Indiana County Courthouse where he allegedly punched a woman in the back of the head while the two were at the courthouse. He also allegedly resisted arrest as Sheriff’s deputies tried to hold him back. He pleaded guilty in May to charges of simple assault and resisting arrest, but other charges of harassment and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.
- Eric Evo Boston of Cherry Tree. The 44-year-old will be sentenced for guilty pleas to two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver for a case on July 21st of last year, and a third charge of the same crime for a case that was investigated the following day.
