The River Valley School District has set two informational meetings for its students to learn about two tuition-free college dual enrollment courses for those interested in becoming teachers.
The courses will offer mentoring by undergraduates, grad students, and faculty; college-level academic experience and six college credits; free tuition and textbooks; and engagement in River Valley pre-K-through grade-6 classes.
The meetings will be held this Wednesday at 6 PM at the River Valley Middle-High School auditorium and 6 PM on June 27th at the STEAM Academy auditorium in Saltsburg. The program will begin with the 2022-23 academic year.
