A man who pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful dissemination of an inappropriate picture will be back in court today to withdraw his guilty plea.
Scheduled to appear in court today is 40-year-old Timothy Michael McGill of Coatesville. The case goes back to June 13th of 2019 where he allegedly posted what was termed an “intimate image” online without the victim’s consent. He initially pleaded guilty in September of 2019 but the conviction was reversed as the case went to Veteran’s Court. He re-entered the guilty plea on January 25th of 2021 in veteran’s court.
