The Indiana School Board is scheduled to meet tonight, and the Eisenhower Elementary project will be one of the main talking points of the agenda.
As part of that update, the board is expected to approve a proposal from Sheesley Engineering for topographic survey services at a cost not to exceed $19,000, moving forward with option 5 for the school’s heating and air conditioning system, which would make the system Geothermal, and a proposal from Buchart Horn Architects for a wetlands survey for the property behind the school building for stormwater management purposes that will not exceed $38,000.
Also during tonight’s meeting, the board will look at approving a solar array installation on district buildings and ground areas, and the hiring of faculty for summer school and summer learning camp.
Tonight’s meeting will be held at 7:00 at the district’s office at East Pike.
