SOFTBALL

Armstrong scored seven runs in the first inning and toppled Indiana, 12-2. Maggie Cunningham had two hits, including a double, for Indiana.

Northern Cambria beat Penns Manor, 13-0. Jada Bennett had the oly two hits for the Comets.

West Shamokin topped United, 13-3.

The long-awaited bike-pedestrian bridge across Route 22 is now open! What do you think?

I love it! It will help bring more economic activity to Indiana County!

I love it! It's much needed for the safety of folks to link the trails and access both sides of that busy highway.

I love it for both of the reasons listed above (as long as they maintain it.)

It's not going to be the economic boon they're saying it will be.

Not enough people will use it to have an effect on safety.

It will not be maintained and will fall into disuse rather quickly.
