Indiana Borough Police have filed a criminal complaint against a Rural Valley man for an incident where he allegedly drove under the influence of drugs back on January 31st of this year.
Police say that police were dispatched to a single vehicle crash in the 900 block of Philadelphia Street. Officers identified 48-year-old Anthony Cecconi of Rural Valley as the driver, and he was under the influence of a controlled substance at the time. Police also found Meth and some drug paraphernalia items on his person at the time. The charges were filed through district judge Guy Haberl’s office on March 24th, and he is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
Cecconi is also awaiting a preliminary hearing next Monday on charges of DUI and careless driving from October 2nd of last year.
