State Police have charged a Pleasant Unity man with threatening to shoot an 18-year-old Indiana man and a 17-year-old Derry girl on March 7th.
Troopers say they responded to a call of an active domestic dispute with weapons on Snyder Avenue in Unity Township. Police said that 65-year-old Michael Puskar had pushed both victims before obtaining a bolt-action rifle and threatened to shoot one of the victims in the head. Police were able to set up a perimeter in the area and Puskar was taken into custody without incident. Criminal charges of harassment and terroristic threats were filed through district court in Westmoreland County.
