On Tuesday night, the United School Board approved changes to the district’s health and safety plan.
According to Superintendent Barbara Parkins, the changes bring the plan in line with the recent recommendations from the PA Department of Health and the CDC regarding isolation and quarantine periods. Parkins said that the district so far has been handling Covid-19 issues very well.
In other business, the board tabled approving the single audit report for the district as representatives from Kotzan CPA and Associates were not on hand for a formal presentation. Parkins expects the audit to be approved next month.
