NO HAWK TALK THIS WEEK

IUP fans will want to know that there is no Hawk Talk program scheduled tonight.

The program will return next Monday night at the Hilton Garden Inn and on U92 and the U92 YouTube channel.

E-bike Regulations

Contrary to common belief, Pennsylvania does regulate e-bikes, with age (16 and older), speed and power limitations. But are they regulated enough?

No! E-bikes are too powerful, and too fast!

No! Helmets should be required.

The laws are fine. Enforcing them is the problem. People are too reckless.

State law can only do so much. Local laws need to be tougher.

Let 'em alone! E-bikes aren't a problem.
