An Indiana man is facing charges connected with an incident on Monday afternoon in a business in Indiana Borough. Borough police say that 71-year-old Tahir Mir was charged with trespass and harassment at the Indiana Schwinn store on South 5th Street at 3:48 PM on November 22nd. It was reported that Mir entered the business and harassed a victim who was not named by police after he was told not to return previously by the owner on numerous occasions.
Mir is also facing charges connected with an incident last Friday, where he allegedly entered the South 5th Street home of a woman without her permission and grabbing her by the arm when he spoke with her. Similar charges were filed in connection with this incident.
