Indiana Borough Police have charged a Johnstown man with criminal mischief for damaging a gate at the borough parking garage back in September.
Police say that on September 26th, police discovered at 1:38 AM that 21-year-old Devin Boxler of Johnstown was tampering with the gate, causing $675 in damage.
The gate was eventually repaired. Charges were filed through district judge Guy Haberl’s office.
