The Purchase Line School Board will meet tonight and will deal with several sports-related hirings.
On the proposed agenda for tonight’s meeting is the hiring of the head coach for the boys’ basketball team at the entry level salary of $4,300, along with the hiring of two assistant coaches for the team at salaries of $2,500 each. The board will also look to approve an agreement with the Purchase Line United Methodist Church to use their activity center for basketball practices at a cost of $15 an hour.
The board will also look to approve a resolution that would request an interim assessment of all real property in the townships and municipalities in the Purchase Line School District in both Indiana and Clearfield Counties. Results of the assessment will be placed on the 2022 tax duplicates for school purposes.
