The Indiana County Courthouse will be busy today, not just with election-related activities, but with several hearings that are scheduled.
Many of those hearings will be for sessions of ARD court, but there are a few sentencing hearings set for today as well. Three of them will be for 25-year-old Cameron Scott Contrucci of Indiana, who pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver in three cases from January and May of 2020 and February 11th of this year. All other crimes were not prosecuted.
A plea court session will also be heard today for 35-year-old Joshua David Jack of Blairsville, who is accused of simple assault and harassment for an incident on April 26th of this year. He has been free on $5000 bail.
