In the District 6 volleyball playoffs last night, third-seeded Homer Center knocked off #6 Bellwood-Antis, 3-0 in Class A. The set scores were 25-6, 25-11 and 25-17. Bela Bence had 17 service points and Ashlyn Kerr had 24. Meegan Williams had 15 kills, Marlee Kochman and Gabi Page partnered for 12 blocks. Macy Sardone had 27 assists.
Homer-Center will play West Branch in the semis.
Fourth-seeded West Shamokin eliminated Bishop Carroll, 3-0, and top seed Bishop Guilfoyle shut out Purchase Line, 3-0, to set up the other semi.
