The two candidates for Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas squared off in a debate at Renda Media’s studios this morning.
Gina Force and Pat Dougherty met for the second time this week to discuss the issues concerning the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas seat. One of the issues brought up was that the incoming judge will work out of Courtroom 3, which historically has served as the family court for the county.
Dougherty said that all three judges have to handle all the different types of cases, and the county does not have the luxury to have a full time dedicated family court.
Force said that Courtroom 3 will remain a predominantly family court.
