Preliminary hearings are set for a couple from Home who face drug-related charges for an incident earlier this year.
Among the preliminary hearings scheduled for district courts today, there will be hearings for Robert and Nicole Fillipovich, who each face charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges date back to September 9th of this year. The two will have their hearings this morning in front of district judge Christopher Welch.
