State police are investigating a methamphetamine dump site found last week in Buffington Township.
A resident cleaning up trash along Dilltown Heights Road was cleaning up trash and found the suspicious materials indicating a one-pot meth manufacturing operation on October 6th, just before 9 AM.
State troopers summoned the Pennsylvania State Police Clandestine Laboratory Response Team, which processed nineteen acid generators, three one-pot vessels, two empty containers of Drano, and six empty blister packs believed to be used in pseudoephedrine packaging. The materials were found in a wooded area 25 to 150 feet off the road. Police processed and inventoried it before packing it up and hauling it away.
No suspects have been identified yet.
