State police yesterday issued a citation for harassment to a Blairsville man for allegedly striking a woman in the face. Police say it happened shortly before 4 PM at a location at Pandora and Uschak roads in Derry Township. The citation names 62-year-old Rodney Buzzella and the victim was a 34-year-old woman, also from Blairsville.
Police have also filed mutual harassment citations against a 15-year-old Blairsville girl and a 17-year-old Derry girl for fighting each other on August 7th outside the Latrobe Skating Center in Derry Township.
