Two executives from First Commonwealth Bank in Indiana have been recognized recently for their work in promoting women in banking at a recent conference of the PA Banker’s Association.
The PA Banker’s Association released its recent list of Women in Banking award recipients. The Patricia A. Husic woman of influence award was given to Jane Grebenc, the president of First Commonwealth Bank, while Vicki Fox received the Champion for Women-Financial Institution Member award. Jane was honored for being what the PBA called a “change agent who achieved success with a leadership role”. The PBA also said she demonstrated enthusiasm for the industry, her institution and her community. Fox was recognized for being a long time professional who is invested in the success of others and fostering growth to make sure that women maximize their full potential.
The recognition of excellence program acknowledges rising stars and leaders who do more to promote and inspire women in the banking industry, along with the communities they live and the financial institutions they work for.
