One of the people arrested in the bust of a Meth lab in late October of 2020 will be in court today for a sentencing hearing in two cases.
43-year-old Christopher Falcone will go before Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco today for his sentencing hearing in two cases. In the case that dates back to October 30th of last year, Falcone faced 13 counts related to an incident on Rager Road in East Wheatfield Township. State troopers at the time said they received a tip about a possible methamphetamine manufacturing operation at the home. When they searched the house, troopers say several items consistent with the manufacturing of meth were found. Falcone would enter a guilty plea to a charge of possessing precursor substances with the intent to manufacture on July 27th.
He is also due before the judge today for a case where he was charged with institutional vandalism of an educational facility for an incident on November 8th of 2020.
