A new exhibit has been donated to the Jimmy Stewart Museum that should delight fans of “It’s A Wonderful Life” and Lego enthusiasts.
Jason Middaugh and his 12-year-old daughter Jane of Seneca Falls, New York have created their own versions of the iconic Granville House, the truss bridge, mini-fig characters and accessories in celebration of the film’s 75th anniversary, and they have also submitted their designs to the Lego Idea program, where people can submit ideas to the company in the hopes of having it become a future set. Jason said that for the items they have, it’s about 3000 pieces. The original model is currently on display at the Seneca Falls Visitor Center, with a replica also located at the It’s A Wonderful Life museum.

Both Jane and Jason said it would be an honor to have their idea go out for sale. They have also worked together recreating buildings from another iconic holiday film, “A Christmas Story”.
The two are also looking to pick up votes for the Lego Idea program. They have a goal of 10,000 supporters and right now, they are at 4,798 supporters. Supporting the program is free and you can find out how to add your support by logging on to their Lego Idea website.
