Senator Joe Pittman announced earlier this morning that the Senate Environmental Resources and Energy committee will consider a letter to the Independent Regulatory Review Commission tomorrow.
The letter will formally oppose Gov. Tom Wolf’s mandate that Pennsylvania should join into the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, also known as RGGI, according to Sen. Pittman, who serves as Vice Chairman of the committee.
Consideration of the letter will be tomorrow at 10 a.m. in Harrisburg, and anyone who wants watch the meeting can do so via live-stream at senatorpittman.org.
