First Commonwealth Bank and the Kovalchick Convention Athletic Complex have teamed up ahead of the busy fall events schedule, telling customers it’s their time to be first… in line.
On Thursday, First Commonwealth Bank and the KCAC continued its partnership that dates back to 2011 – the year that the KCAC first opened its doors – with the unveiling of the First Commonwealth Ticket Booth, located inside the main corridor. Among those in attendance were State Representative Jim Struzzi, IUP men’s basketball coach Joe Lombardi, First Commonwealth Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking Greg Sipos and Indiana County Chamber of Commerce President Mark Hilliard.
Representatives from First Commonwealth crescened the box office at approximately 5:20 p.m. and on the booth is a wrap with the bank’s branding, as well as LED tickers that let customers know that their key to sports and entertainment is just behind the window.
While this is just one way the two entities have bolstered their partnership, Mary Ann Lambrinos, General Manager of the KCAC, said that more is still to come.
Rose Strittmatter, Corporate and Board Services Manager at First Commonwealth Bank, said that this partnership supports the bank’s philosophy of community involvement.
Kris Levan, First Commonwealth’s Marketing Coordinator, added to that by saying they want to create a place where people come together.
The box office will soon welcome customers who look to purchase their key to marquee events.
