One of the transportation companies that takes students to and from school is holding a hiring event next week.
Student Transportation of America’s Indiana branch will hold a special open house event on Wednesday, July 28th in an effort to hire more drivers. The event is unique as this will be a chance for those interested in driving a school bus to bring their children as there will be popcorn and games for the kids.
Lisa Leavens, Western PA Recruiting manager for STA said that this is also an opportunity for people to actually feel what it is like to sit in the driver’s seat.
The event will be held at the STA bus yard in Indiana at 395 East Pike Road from 10 AM to 2 PM.
