While many of the hearings on the docket are for entering pleas, issuing sentences or both, one man will go before the court today to withdraw his guilty pleas in three cases.
Court documents say 41-year-old Ryan Alan Irwin of Black Lick pleaded to one count of DUI-controlled substances in one case from December 17th of 2019, criminal theft of retail merchandise from December 8th of the same year, and to criminal trespass and receiving stolen property for a case on September 18th of 2019.
Irwin was scheduled to have his sentencing hearing today. Once he withdraws his guilty pleas, a total of 13 other charges from all three incidents will be back on the table.
His hearing will be held this morning.
