One of the men charged in a case of criminal trespass back in November of 2020 will have a sentencing hearing today in Indiana County Court.
38-year-old Brian Patrick Neuner of Seward will go before Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco this morning for sentencing for guilty pleas to two counts of criminal trespass-entering a structure that go back to November 8th of 2020. Police say he and 41-year-old Christopher Neuner went into a home in East Wheatfield Township. Police said at the time that while the two were there, they vandalized a pickup truck.
Two counts of criminal mischief were not prosecuted and a count of burglary was disposed of at the lower court levels. Christopher will be sentenced on July 27th.
Another sentencing hearing set for today is for Brian Michael Frain. The Avonmore man who will turn 37 on Monday, will be sentenced for three cases. He pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft in two cases and to possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to a law enforcement officer in a third.
