State police in Indiana are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who is responsible for two incidents of retail theft.
Troopers say the man under-rang several items from the Walmart in White Township from 4:12 p.m. on June 6 to 9:38 p.m. on June 7, with the total value of the items coming to $88.12. Surveillance photos show that the man was wearing grey shirts with black shorts, a backwards baseball cap, and sunglasses in both incidents, and he also had several distinct tattoos on his left arm.
