Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana are investigating an Indiana man for possibly manufacturing methamphetamine inside his White Township apartment.
Troopers were dispatched to an apartment at 439 East Pike Road around 8:00 this morning after receiving reports of possible manufacturing of methamphetamine there. Troopers received consent to search the apartment and, upon investigation, found several items both inside and out that were consistent with the manufacturing.
Among those items were: three “one-pot” labs, an acid generator and other related items. Those were collected without incident by the PSP-Clandestine Laboratory Response Team for laboratory analysis.
If confirmed, the man, who was not named and only described as 47-years-old, could face multiple felony charges including:
- Two counts of Operating a Methamphetamine Laboratory and Illegal Dumping of Methamphetamine Waste
- One count of Liquefied Ammonia Gas; Precursors and Chemicals.
- One count of Manufacturing a Controlled Substance.
- One count of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.
