Three jury trials are scheduled to get underway this week in Indiana County Court, with jury selections scheduled today at the Kovalchick Complex. Juries are expected to be chosen today and, barring delays, the trials of Jeremy Chadwich Johnson of Homer City, Kadeem Nelson of Indiana, and Grant Daniel McQuaide of Clarksburg should begin tomorrow.
Johnson, 44, will be tried for five felony counts of corruption of minors, misdemeanor counts of indecent assault without consent, and five summary counts of harassment, allegedly committed on February 1st of 2016.
Nelson, 28, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment, allegedly committed on November 27th of 2019.
McQuaide, 28, is scheduled to be tried for three counts of driving under the influence, plus summary offenses including reckless driving, careless driving, and accidents involving an unattended vehicle or property.
Jury selections begin at 8:30 this morning.
