INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
Indiana Borough Police have charged a Delaware man with disorderly conduct for an incident over the weekend at a Sheetz in Indiana Borough. Police say that 30-year-old Robert Davis of Wilmington was causing a disturbance at the Sheetz at the corner of 4th and Philadelphia Street at 1:52 in the morning on June 19th. Police saw him fighting with store security and he continued to create a disturbance after he was given reasonable warning. Charges were filed through district judge Guy Haberl’s office.
Police in Indiana Borough have charged an Indiana man with public intoxication after an incident in the 1100 block of Water Street early Sunday morning. Police say they were dispatched at 1:59 AM to the home and found a man, later identified as 26-year-old Rodney Campbell, outside the house yelling. They determined he was intoxicated by a controlled substance. Campbell was taken to IRMC by Citizens Ambulance for medical treatment, with the citation filed later.
A Mount Bethel woman faces charges of simple assault and harassment in Indiana from an incident in early May. Borough police say that on May 1st, they were notified of an assault at a home in the 200 block of South 7th Street. It was reported that Jelhnalle Casimiro hit the victim in the head, and pulled the victim’s hair during a party. A criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Guy Haberl.
