FLEEING/ELUDING
Indiana Borough Police have charged a 16-year-old from Indiana for fleeing and eluding after an incident on May 30. Police say the person was taken into custody after failing to pull over for borough officers, who were attempting to conduct a traffic stop along the 00-block of South 4th St. Along with fleeing and eluding, police charged the driver with traffic violations.
The driver’s name was not released due to them being a minor.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Borough police in Indiana also report two incidents of criminal mischief.
The first dates back to late April where police say 19-year-old Emily Curtis of Indiana intentionally damaged a car at a home at 400 Philadelphia St. shortly after midnight. She faces misdemeanor charges for the incident.
The second incident was reported between 1 and 8 a.m. on Wednesday, where Indiana Borough Police report damages to a flower garden at a home along the 500-block of Water St.

HARASSMENT
Indiana Borough Police also report one person was charged following reports of harassment on April 28.
Reports say 19-year-old Ashley Fulmer of Indiana faces misdemeanor charges of harassment after police say she placed more than 60 calls to a person between 3:35 and 5:30 a.m.
HIT-AND-RUN
Indiana Borough Police seek the public’s held in identifying those responsible in a hit and run on Wednesday.
Reports say that between 6:30 and 7 p.m., an unknown driver struck a car along the 700-block of Philadelphia St. and left without providing any information. No details on what the car or driver looked like are available at this time, and anyone with information is urged to call borough police in Indiana at 724-349-2121.
