In Indiana County Court yesterday, Senior Judge William Martin sentenced a Vintondale man to serve 18 to 36 months in state prison for statutory sexual assault, along with a concurrent term of 12 to 36 months for corruption of minors.
55-year-old Lawrence Ziesman Jr. lived in Clymer at the time of the crimes, which are dated November 1st of 2018 and involved a victim who was 11 years of age or older. The investigation began in December of 2019 and the charges were filed last July. Ziesman had been charged with twenty felony offenses. He pleaded guilty in February to the two single counts.
Judge Martin also revoked the probation of 32-year-old Jacob Lindgren of Vandergrift and ordered him to the Indiana County Jail for two 2017 cases. Lindgren must serve six months to two years less a day for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and a concurrent sentence of the same length for felony retail theft.
Finally, the judge revoked the parole of 45-year-old Brook Lorelli of Clune, for prior convictions for driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and theft.
