Two men were arrested following an incident in Clymer Borough this morning.
According to reports from Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana, troopers responded to the 1000-block of Sage St. in Clymer Borough around 8 a.m. for reports of a disturbance. It was reported that 30-year-old Russell Lee Reynolds of New Alexandria and an unnamed 30-year-old man from Clymer were involved in a physical altercation, with Reynolds hitting the a black 2014 Volkswagen Jetta – belonging to an unnamed woman – with a metal shovel and a propane tank, while both men threatened to kill each other.
Reynolds told police that he was initially struck by a glass beer bottle thrown by the other man and that a verbal argument occurred between him and the woman.
More than $5,000 was done to the car and both men suffered minor to moderate injuries during the altercation.
