Indiana Borough Police have released additional information regarding an incident that happened on August 29. 2020.
Reports say 37-year-old William Bauch III faces charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, an ungraded felony, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both listed as ungraded misdemeanors.
The charges come after officers seized 14 marijuana plants, along with multiple items of drug paraphernalia, from Bauch’s home after they smelled marijuana while canvassing the 00-block of South 13th St. for an unrelated incident. Officers say a criminal complaint was filed against Bauch through District Judge Guy Haberl’s office.

Borough police in Indiana also released more details on a hit-and-run that happened earlier this year.
Officers report that 20-year-old Connor Ballas of Indiana backed into a car located in the rear parking lot of a business along the 00-block of South 6th St. and left without attempting to provide information.
Ballas was identified following a police investigation, and he was cited with summary offenses relating to accidents involving damage to unattended vehicles or property through District Judge Guy Haberl’s office.
