The Indiana Area School District reports one new case of COVID-19 in the Senior High School today.
In an update posted to the district website, Superintendent Michael Vuckovich said that a student tested positive for COVID-19 and reports say that more than 40 total students and staff members between the junior and senior high schools will have to quarantine, with the majority stemming from the student participating in extracurricular activities.
Vuckovich said the school will stay open as per the district’s current model. As of today, only one other active case is reported, that coming from Eisenhower Elementary.
