Central Indiana County Water Authority customers in the area of South Sixth Street and Ferguson Road in White Township will see their water service interrupted on Monday as crews will be working to repair water lines or valves in the area.
Robert Nymick of the CICWA says their customers on Lucerne Road, Ann Circle, Sandro Street and Huckleberry road will experience a water service interruption starting at 8:00 AM on Monday. Nymick said that they will be working on a project to fix a leak that is responsible for the loss of 100,000 gallons of water a day.
Nymick reminds all their customers that after water service is restored to run cold water until the water turns clear before starting with hot water.
