The Pittsburgh Penguins will play the New Jersey Devils for their third consecutive game this afternoon.
The Pens have so far run the table on this five game home stand, winning the last two games against the Devils, including Thursday’s 5-1 victory. The Pens are 8-2-1 in their last 11 games against New Jersey going back to February 19th of 2019 and have points in six consecutive games. This also will be the start of back-to-back games for the Penguins, as the Pens will host the Boston Bruins on Sunday. One player to watch will be Bryan Rust, as he has points in nine consecutive games against the devils. Sidney Crosby also looks to get to his 13th 20-goal season and a goal today would give him that mark.
