Some of the restrictions put in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19 will be eased starting tomorrow morning.
Starting tomorrow, restaurants that self-certified with the state during the pandemic to follow protocols will be able to serve up to 75 percent of their indoor dining capacity. Restaurants that did not self-certify can only serve up to 50 percent.
Also starting on Sunday, restaurants will be able to serve alcohol without the requirement of a meal, a midnight curfew for removing alcoholic drinks from the table will be lifted, and restaurants will be able to resume bar service. However, the state is still recommending that outdoor dining, curbside pickup and take out continue to be offered and used.
Capacity for other entertainment facilities, like movie theaters, casinos and malls; along with personal service facilities and gyms will also increase to 75 percent. Event occupancy limits will also be eased to 50 percent capacity for outdoor events and 25 percent for indoor events.
