The Indiana County Drug Task Force has filed charges against an Indiana man after a drug bust in December of 2020.
In a post on his Facebook page, Indiana County District Attorney Robert Manzi announced that 20-year-old Saige Bowditch was charged with possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of firearms and offenses related to an investigation that lead to his Indiana Borough home. Manzi said that they gained information about Bowditch over multiple investigations in the months leading up to the search of his home on December 6th of last year. Members of the drug task force discovered what was later determined to be ecstasy along with several firearms purchased with false information and about $6,000 in funds believed to be acquired through the sale of drugs and related drug and marijuana paraphernalia items
Court records indicate Bowditch was arraigned and released on his own recognizance, but is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on April 1st in front of District Judge Guy Haberl.
