In the PIHL, the Indiana Indians varsity hockey team continued its undefeated season after taking down Norwin, 7-2, on Monday.
Orlando Clark got the Indians on the board within the first minute of the game, while Danny Williams gave Indiana the lead heading into the first intermission. Four Indians skaters would find the net in the second period to ice the game early on, and Ben Nettleton would get credit for three assists on four of those goals.
As a team, Indiana would limit Norwin to just five shots in both the first and second periods. In addition, the Indians went one-for-one in power play opportunities.
Indiana now sits at 17-0 in the PIHL and will finish its regular-season schedule with a road matchup at Beaver Falls this Thursday.
