Pitt senior guard Nike Sibande announced last night that he will take advantage of the NCAA’s pandemic bonus year of eligibility and return next year.
Sibande transferred to Pitt prior to last year after playing the first three years of his college career at Miami of Ohio. He is averaging only 5.5 points per game, but after the transfers of Xavier Johnson and Au’Diese Toney last week, Sibande scored 23 in a game against Wake Forest.
Pitt wraps up the regular season tomorrow at Clemson.
