Three people were injured, one of them seriously, yesterday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash on Old Route 56 in Center Township.
It happened at 5:11 PM just west of Fabin Road. State police say a Honda CRV driven by 20-year-old Kaylee Wofford of Rural Valley went out of control on a left-hand curve, swerving across the road and back again before striking a utility pole.
A front-seat passenger, a 17-year-old Indiana girl who is not publicly identified, suffered serious injuries and was flown by medical helicopter from the scene to Forbes Regional Medical Center in Monroeville.
Wofford and another passenger, 20-year-old Anthony Morse of Indiana, suffered minor injuries that did not require hospitalization.
