In Indiana County Court today, there are a number of sentencing proceedings on the schedule, and one Plea Court appearance.
President Judge Thomas Bianco will preside over the sentencing of 20-year-old Brandon Jamal Mays. He’s an SCI Pine Grove inmate from Johnstown serving time for robbery and other offenses. Mays will be sentenced for procuring a weapon while in prison.
Judge Bianco will also sentence 29-year-old Seth Andrew Smith of Nanty Glo for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, in a burglary case. And he will sentence 37-year-old Robert Allen Beskid of Homer City for driving while suspended or revoked.
Judge Michael Clark will sentence 31-year-old Adam Lee Santiago of Blairsville illegally carrying a firearm without a license and for possession of a controlled substance.
26-year-old Brian Nicholas Cosgrove of New Bethlehem will be sentenced for receiving stolen property, with a number of related offenses not prosecuted.
Judge Bianco will conduct Plea Court for 36-year-old Stephen Michael Hill of Robinson, who is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, indecent exposure, and theft in a case from August of last year.
